We’ve been using the camera and monitor for a while now and it’s been excellent. It pairs easily with multiple cameras, and the zoom is just right so you can see the entire crib clearly without constantly adjusting it. There’s no lag at all, which is huge when you want to check on your baby quickly. The battery life is impressive too. It lasts for days and charges really fast. The range is another big win. I can be outside while my baby is sleeping inside and the signal is still strong and reliable. The sound range is great. It’s sensitive enough to pick up quiet noises but can get very loud if needed. The picture quality is clear, and the night vision works extremely well. Even in a dark room at night, I can see everything clearly. What really sets this monitor apart is the customer service. After more than a year of heavy use, our monitor broke and they immediately sent a replacement with no hassle. For that reason alone I would recommend this product, but combine

This camera works great and the monitor is easy to connect. Has a sleep setting that maintains the battery when baby is asleep and screen activated when noise is heard. Monitor is portable which is a huge plus. Only downside I have found is that the app is horrible. The connection never maintains and honestly app is just not usable. I don't need the app to have my needs met but if you are looking for a monitor with a functional app that is the only case I would not recommend this product.

I don't generally review very much. However I will make an exception for this product. This baby monitor was one of the less expensive ones and it has some great features like room temperature and the ability to play Lullabies that led me to purchase it. I bought it in April and unfortunately in June something happened to the charging port that led to its failure. It just wouldn't stay on unless I was wiggling the cord. Not necessarily reflective on the monitor, these type of issues can happen in anything regardless of the price. What stood out to me, and what led me to leave this review was the customer service. I wrote to the seller and explained what was going on. There was no fuss, no trying to get out of responsibility. No issues whatsoever. I was simply told we apologize we're sending you a new one. That to me was amazing and something I greatly appreciate. I would definitely recommend purchasing this baby monitor. The quality of the picture is excellent and it works well and it
